CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WDBJ) – Retired NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal will perform before the Virginia Cavaliers week 0 game against NC State August 29 in Charlottesville, according to university officials.
The NBA icon’s resume includes moonlighting as “DJ Diesel”, with a mix of trap, EDM and hip-pop.
Standing 7′1, Shaq has dubbed himself ‘the biggest DJ in the world.’
The concert is free, but you have to have a ticket for the game to attend.
O’Neal’s NBA career includes stints with the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat. He won four championships with LA and Miami.
He is also an NBA TV analyst.
