Harm’s Way returned to the stage this weekend for their first live performances since the death of guitarist Bo Lueders this past April.

The band played an intimate warm-up show at Casa Cafe in Chicago, IL on Friday, August 28th, with a slightly altered lineup. Bassist Casey Soyk moved over to guitar alongside Nick Gauthier, while Weekend Nachos bassist Drew Brown joined the group on bass. Vocalist James Pligge and drummer Chris Mills remained in their usual roles.

The following night, Harm’s Way played an official tribute show for Lueders at Chicago’s Ramova Theatre. The set featured numerous guest appearances, including Taylor Young and Colin Young of Twitching Tongues, Anthony DiDio of Vein.fm/Fleshwater, former Harm’s Way guitarist Jay Jancetic, and former Nails guitarist Andrew Saba.
