SOUTHEAST TEXAS — Tropical Storm Edouard is moving to the west-northwest at 5 mph, according to #Your Weather Authority at KFDM/Fox Southeast Texas.
Observations around the center show offshore buoys with winds of about 5-15 mph, far from tropical storm strength.
