Atorie, a Los Angeles, CA-based AI-powered luxury fashion and consumer marketplace startup, raised 9.5m in seed funding.
Backers included a16z speedrun, Night Capital, and Jeremy Liew, a partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners.
The company will use the capital to scale its international manufacturing logistics, develop advanced predictive artificial intelligence tools, support upfront production runs, and finance the launch of an in-house essentials apparel line alongside creator-branded fashion collaborations.
Founded by Redouane Ramdani and Luis Angulo, Atorie is a direct-to-consumer AI fashion platform that sources apparel and leather goods directly from the exact factories and materials used by legacy fashion houses.
The company leverages proprietary machine learning tech to map global style trends, test product color palettes, and forecast factory demand to prevent inventory overproduction.
On the consumer side, the e-commerce dashboard features an autonomous outfit-building AI agent that synthesizes personalized aesthetic recommendations based on style inspiration inputs, driving an annualized revenue run-rate past USD55m across a network of over 40 global factories.
