The Scout is tipping four players for big success in Gameweek 4 of 2026/27 Fantasy Premier League ahead of Saturday’s 13:30 BST deadline, to help managers gain an edge over their mini-league rivals.

Alexander Isak (Liverpool) £9.1m

Isak featured in our very first Transfer Radar of 2026/27, back in Gameweek 1. 

Since then, he’s scored three goals in as many matches and sits just one FPL point behind the much pricier Erling Haaland (£15.5m) among forwards.

If you didn’t take the plunge on the Liverpool star back then, this week is a good time to reconsider him.

Saturday’s opponents Fulham are still without a clean sheet and have conceded seven goals across the opening three Gameweeks.

The Cottagers’ total of 14 big chances conceded is the most in the Premier League, while their Expected Goals Against (xGA) tally of 6.24 is the second-highest.

Morgan Rogers (Chelsea) £7.6m

With the difficult trip to Arsenal out of the way, Chelsea’s favourable fixture run begins now.

And while unbeaten Hull City may provide strong resistance based on their early-season exploits, the visit of the Tigers in Gameweek 4 kicks off an appealing 10-match stretch for Xabi Alonso’s side.

Most of those contests fare well in the Fixture Difficulty Ratings (FDR), with one being the easiest possible match and five being the hardest.

With plenty of money needed to buy Cole Palmer (£9.6m), Rogers could be a sensible, cheaper route into Chelsea’s free-scoring attack.

No Premier League player can better the former Aston Villa star’s total of 10 chances created this season.

Indeed, he registered four assists coming off the bench in Wednesday night’s 6-3 victory over Leeds United in the EFL Cup.

It’s not just about his assist potential, either.

Rogers’ Expected Goal Involvement (xGI) tally of 2.31, split almost exactly between Expected Goals (xG) and Expected Assists (xA), is better than any of his team-mates. Even Joao Pedro (£7.7m), with 2.01 xGI, and Palmer, with 1.42 xGI, can’t top that figure.

Diego Gomez (Brighton) £5.0m

Brighton are another club with a favourable-looking fixture in Gameweek 4.

Coventry City, winless and goalless following their return to the top flight, entertain the Seagulls this Sunday.

Gomez stands out as a budget-friendly option for Fantasy managers seeking a Brighton attacker.

Only FPL’s premium picks, Bruno Fernandes (£12.0m) and Haaland, can better Gomez’s total of 12 shots over the first three Gameweeks.

Eight of the Paraguayan’s 12 efforts have come from inside the box, too. Only two midfielders, the much more expensive Palmer and Bryan Mbeumo (£7.9m), have registered more.

Gomez’s low cost means that, if you were to bench him in Gameweek 5, when Brighton host Arsenal, you wouldn’t be taking much money out of your starting line-up.

The attacking midfielder can then return to contention for your team in Gameweeks 6 and 7, when Fabian Hurzeler’s side face Sunderland and Crystal Palace.

Ezri Konsa (Arsenal) £4.4m

A £4.4m route into the Premier League’s tightest defence in each of the last three seasons is not to be passed up.

It always seemed to be a question of when, and not if, Konsa would force his way into the Arsenal starting line-up, following his big-money move from Aston Villa.

That moment came in Gameweek 3, when the England international was handed his full Gunners debut.

While Arsenal didn’t keep a clean sheet, Konsa did bank defensive contribution points in the 2-1 win over Chelsea.

And it’s just a matter of time before the budget defender registers his first shutout in Arsenal colours.

After three Gameweeks, the Gunners already boast the league’s best record for the lowest xGA, with 0.93.

All of their next five matches score three or less in the FDR, too.
