The Green Bay Packers and iHeartMedia Milwaukee have signed a multi-year renewal extending their radio broadcast partnership, with classic hits “95.7 Big FM WRIT-FM continuing as the Milwaukee flagship station for the Packers Radio Network.
The agreement keeps live Packers football and gameday programming on “95.7 Big FM” throughout the season. Coverage includes “Packers Preview,” play-by-play from Wayne Larrivee and Larry McCarren, and postgame programs “Packers Playback” and “Packers OT Postgame.” Larrivee and McCarren are entering their 28th season broadcasting Packers games together.
Packers Chief Sales and Business Development Officer Craig Benzel said the partnership with iHeartMedia helps the team reach fans throughout Wisconsin and beyond through the company’s platforms and the Packers Radio Network.
In addition to “95.7 Big FM,” Packers coverage will be simulcast on iHeartMedia’s “Fox Sports 920” WOKY-AM in Milwaukee, classic rock WIBA-FM (101.5) and news/talk WIBA-AM (1310) in Madison, and CHR “Z100” WBIZ in Eau Claire.
“Packers football is such an important part of the culture here in Wisconsin, and we’re thrilled to continue giving fans a front-row seat to all the action,” said Tim Feagan, Regional President for iHeartMedia Grand Rapids/Muskegon/Milwaukee/Madison. “From the excitement leading up to kickoff through the final play and postgame analysis, 95.7 Big FM is proud to continue serving as the Milwaukee home for Packers football.”
The Packers Radio Network consists of 54 affiliate stations across six states.
