Celebrities tee off for a cause at Phil Oates Celebrity Golf Classic in Granite Bay

Big names hit the green in Granite Bay for the Phil Oates Celebrity Golf Classic.

Big names hit the green in Granite Bay for the Phil Oates Celebrity Golf Classic on Monday.

The tournament brings together big names to raise funds for various charitable beneficiaries, including The American Cancer Society.

“Every time they say ‘charity event,’ I have to be there because I love our community. I love our people,” said Taro Arai, chief dreaming officer of Mikuni’s.

KCRA’s Mike TeSelle visited the green to get a look at the stars and found a surprise guest, KCRA’s Lisa Gonzales.
