The round also included Eleven, a diversified business group founded by Medanta co-founder Sunil Sachdeva, as well as a group of angel investors.

According to the startup, other participants included V3 Ventures co-founder and investment partner Arjun Vaidya, Cloud Physician co-founder Dhruv Joshi, Basis Vectors Capital founder and CEO Ambarish Gupta, and Vivek Lohcheb, CEO of Pincode, a PhonePe subsidiary.

Former senior executives from Airtel and OYO also participated in the round.

TRUE ARTIS said the funding will be used to open two centres in Delhi NCR over the next six to eight months, strengthen its surgical and recovery capabilities, expand its network of plastic and aesthetic surgeons, and develop its technology and patient-care systems.

The startup plans to strengthen its presence in Delhi NCR before expanding into other markets.

Founded in 2025 by Ankit Joshi and Sandeep Upadhyay, TRUE ARTIS operates aesthetic surgery centres in Delhi and Gurgaon, offering procedures across facial aesthetics, breast surgery, body contouring and hair restoration, as well as non-surgical treatments.

The centres are equipped with operating theatres, surgical and medical equipment, dedicated recovery facilities, ICU backup and private patient suites, with surgeries performed on site.

It works with a network of full-time and visiting plastic surgeons, allowing patients to consult specialists across different procedures through the same platform.

The startup has also developed an in-house technology system to manage its operations and the patient journey, from initial enquiries and consultations to surgery and post-operative recovery.

TRUE ARTIS said it had served more than 10,000 clients and carried out more than 400 surgeries over the past nine months.

It also reported a 98% client satisfaction rate and said its first centre had reached EBITDA break-even, while revenue was growing at a double-digit rate month-on-month.

“This investment is an important milestone for TRUE ARTIS, but its significance for us goes beyond the capital. It reinforces our belief that there is an opportunity to build a new category in aesthetic healthcare in India,” Joshi and Upadhyay said.

The founders said the startup did not intend to build “another chain of cosmetic clinics”, but aimed to develop a platform in which clinical care, patient safety, transparency and patient experience were incorporated into its operating model.

They said the funding will help TRUE ARTIS deepen its presence in Delhi NCR and strengthen its clinical and technology capabilities.

As it expands, the company said it plans to invest further in standardised clinical protocols, specialist teams and technology to maintain consistency across its centres.

TRUE ARTIS also said it was receiving interest from international patients and sees medical tourism as a potential area for future growth.
