Florence Pugh capped off her “East of Eden” press run in style on Wednesday night in a custom Vivienne Westwood Couture design for the New York City premiere of the limited series held at The Plaza hotel.

The Oscar-nominated “Little Women” star wore a chartreuse embroidered corset and gunmetal silk skirt, styled with a matching chartreuse bolero courtesy of the British luxury fashion label. The look was an exercise in sculptural proportion.

While the corset was structured and fitted to Pugh’s body, the bolero added equal measures of volume and height without exaggeration, keeping in proportion with the actress and complementing the skirt.

The gunmetal silk skirt, meanwhile, also featured the form-fitting silhouette style with a trumpeted element that flared out into a short train, trailing the actress on the red carpet. When it came to accessories, Pugh’s Bulgari jewels added a touch of sparkle.
The actress wore a Tubogas choker necklace with a wild pop ring. Pugh has a close relationship with the Italian luxury jewelry house and fashion label, serving as a global ambassador beginning in May.

Pugh’s hair was tousled into curls and worn in an updo by Hyungsun Ju. Her makeup highlights, courtesy of artist Alex Babsky, included bold brows, brightly lined eyes and a soft lip. Stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray, who also works with Simone Ashley and Gemma Chan, curated Pugh’s “East of Eden” premiere look and the actress’ press tour wardrobe.
Upon review of Pugh’s “East of Eden” promotional run, her Vivienne Westwood designs were a standout, kicking things off at the 2026 Emmy Awards on Sept. 14 in a lilac tulle dress. From there, Pugh incorporated Westwood’s punk sensibility and structure, also wearing designs by Rodarte, Dior, Chloé and Erdem on occasion.

Pugh stars alongside Christopher Abbott and Mike Faist in showrunner and writer Zoe Kazan’s adaptation of John Steinbeck’s seminal novel “East of Eden.” The story follows the Trask family through generations and the struggle of understanding good and evil. The limited series is now available to stream on Netflix.
