READING, Pa. – Rod Stewart is coming to the Santander Arena on March 2, 2027, according to a Facebook post from the arena.
Rod Stewart is a British singer-songwriter known for his rock and pop music beginning in the late 1960s. His first solo album, An Old Raincoat Won’t Ever Let You Down, was released in 1969.
In 1971, his album, Every Picture Tells a Story, and the single “Maggie May” achieved number one status in both Britain and the United States. Other hits include “You Wear It Well” (1972), “Tonight’s the Night (Gonna Be Alright)” and his version of Cat Stevens’s “The First Cut Is the Deepest” (both in 1976), and the disco song “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy” (1978).
Stewart has been nominated multiple times for Grammy Awards, winning in 2005 for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album with Stardust…The Great American Songbook Volume III. He is also a two-time inductee to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, first as a member of the Jeff Beck Group and later as a solo artist.
In 2025, Stewart received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the AMAs, recognizing nearly six decades of musical influence and his extensive catalog of hits.
