Last year, Nintendo launched the ‘My Mario’ – a new line of products designed for parents and children. This included a new app for Switch and mobile devices known as ‘Hello, Mario!‘. It followed this up with a ‘Hello, Yoshi!‘ app towards the end of the year.
Now, in an update this week, it has released the ‘Hello, Peach!‘ and ‘Hello, Luigi!‘ app on Switch and mobile devices. These apps are both free to download from the Switch eShop, and like the Mario and Yoshi ones, you’ll be able to “make silly faces”, play peekaboo, and even access the whole experience offline.

The ‘Hello, Mario’ apps have also been updated this week to support the My Mario wood block amiibo sets. If you tap one, the character’s face will appear on screen, and you can interact with it.
Along with this, Nintendo has also announced it’s releasing a ‘My Mario Melody Car’ in Japan on 20th October 2026. According to a description on the official Japanese website, you can place the wood block Super Mario amiibo in it, and a song will play for each character as the car moves along.
Nintendo has also released episode 8 and 9 in its My Mario stop motion series. You can watch them on the Play Nintendo YouTube channel.
Will you be downloading the Peach and Luigi versions of this app? Let us know in the comments.
