Dancing queen!
Fans got to know Kat Izzo on various Bachelor Nation shows over the years, most recently on Season 10 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” where she coupled up with Dale Moss.
The two left the beach together, but since the show wrapped, they’ve gone their separate ways.
Kat has been keeping fans updated on her life in San Diego, including her new relationship and her career as a nurse practitioner. Recently, Kat has been taking dance classes and documenting her experience on social media.
And this past week, the Bachelor Nation star took to her Instagram Story to share that she just performed onstage for the first time in seven years!
Kat posted snapshots online from her show with the dance studio she’s been attending, including selfies with her fellow dancers.
Over one of the photos, she wrote, “ahhhh show time!!!!” and then shared snippets of her dance routine.
After the performance, Kat shared a sweet photo of their team’s group hug and expressed, “So proud of these ladies 😭♥️”
The Bachelor Nation star also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from supporters and she shared what this performance meant to her.
She revealed, “Haven’t performed on stage in 7 years. My heart has never been so full!!!”
Kat then expressed her gratitude for those who attended the show and cheered her on, saying, “& thank you to everyone who came 🥹”
