Mia Goth just made her break from Shia LaBeouf official. TMZ reports the actress filed for divorce Tuesday in Los Angeles, citing “irreconcilable differences” and listing their separation date as July 28, 2025. She’s seeking primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel, and wants the court to waive spousal support for both sides. Goth, 32, and LaBeouf, 40, became a couple while filming Nymphomaniac: Vol II in 2012 and married in October 2016, the AP reports. They split up in 2018 and said they were getting divorced, but they didn’t make it official and they reunited in 2020.
The filing follows a long stretch of estrangement and turmoil. Sources tell TMZ that Goth had pushed for LaBeouf to go to rehab. Police were reportedly called multiple times to the couple’s Los Angeles home before LaBeouf relocated to New Orleans, where he bought a $1 million house and this year pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery after a Mardi Gras fight. LaBeouf has since been frequently spotted with girlfriend Nicole Mumphrey, including during a tense public argument in Rome.
