SpaceX has completed over 700 missions. In another mission, the company plans to launch a classified satellite deployment mission for the U.S. Space Force on Falcon 9 from California on Oct. 15 from a four-hour window starting at 7:44 p.m. Eastern time, according to the SpaceX launch website.
Visibility from South Carolina depends on both weather and the direction of launch. Launches at night or in the early morning also usually offer the best views.
Views along the coast, over vast waterways or marshes can be advantageous.
