PARAGOULD, Ark. (KAIT) – A local bookstore in Paragould held an expo where local authors got to share their work with the community.
Weber’s Book House put on this event for the first time, where they invited local authors to come and connect with community members who have read their books or want to know more about them and their work.
Petra and Austin Weber, the owners of Weber’s Book House, said it gives the authors a chance to build their base.
“It’s how they can build a base in the community. It’s how they get known is just to do events like this, and then hopefully each new person that gets to know them, they will love their book,” Austin Weber said.
There was also pizza and a knitting and crochet group.
