The Green Bay Packers have activated WR Savion Williams (SAY-vee-on) off injured reserve/designated for return, placed DT Jonathan Ford, DT Javon Hargrave (JAY-von) and WR Skyy Moore on injured reserve, and elevated EDGE Arron Mosby and WR Coleman Owen from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Saturday.
