Manchester City winger Lauren Hemp speaking to BBC Sport: “It was an alright game, we made it a lot harder for ourselves than we should have especially how we started the game. We were really dominant but then let them in.
“Second half we kept the ball well, stayed calm, didn’t let them have many chances.
“To concede two goals like that, we’re a bit disappointed, but in terms of getting the win and getting the job done, we are happy with that.
“It was important we got a good start; we have struggled with that in previous matches, but we took our foot off the gas a bit once they scored, once they scored they were hungry for more.
“We were a bit disappointed with that; we wanted to take positives from the first 20 minutes, and that’s what Andre emphasized at half time. That when we play like the first 20 minutes we can beat anybody.”
