The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced the inactives list for their Week 7 game against the Dallas Cowboys.

The following Eagles players WILL NOT PLAY: DeVonta Smith, Dontayvion Wicks, Nolan Smith, Michael Carter II, Jake Majors, and Cole Payton.

Saquon Barkley is notably ACTIVE despite being ruled questionable on the final injury report. It hardly seems like he’s 100%, however.

DeVonta Smith, Wicks, Nolan Smith, and Carter II were all ruled out on Philly’s final injury report.

No DeVonta and no Wicks means the following five wide receivers are active for the Eagles: Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, Elijah Moore, Hollywood Brown, and Britain Covey. It’ll be interesting to see if Lemon, the Eagles’ first-round pick from the 2026 NFL Draft, can step up with more opportunities expected to come his way. We could also see Cooper continue to flash. Moore was ahead of Brown on the depth chart last week with the latter as a healthy scratch. Covey will probably be limited to return duty.

At edge rusher, Jalyx Hunt and Jonathan Greenard are notably ACTIVE despite being ruled questionable to play. The Eagles temporarily elevated Keyshawn James-Newby for extra depth.

Majors is a healthy scratch now that Landon Dickerson and Drew Kendall are back on the field.

Payton is the emergency third quarterback. This is different from last week, when Joe Milton III was newly added to the team.
