OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Here are the headlines we’re bringing to you first on Monday, July 14.
An early Monday morning crash near downtown Omaha sent two people to the hospital. First responders were called to the area of 13th and Martha Streets just before 4:00 a.m. None of the victims’ injuries were described as life-threatening. It wasn’t immediately clear what led to the crash, or how many cars were involved.
Fernando’s Omaha announced Sunday afternoon that they are complying with a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The subpoena requested documentation of Fernando’s employees. The restaurant said the subpoena has resulted in the departure of some workers, and will affect business hours and service levels.
