“It seems to be after all the talk about Nicki Minaj’s ass, Jon Husted’s ass, the only ass on Trump’s mind tonight is the one that just got handed to him,” Kimmel cracked, then turned to the vice president: “The Democrats took so many seats, JD Vance can’t even find one to have sex with him.”
Later in the segment, Kimmel examined why the GOP got trounced.
“Trump’s approval rating here is terrible. Just like every woman he’s ever slept with, voters are unsatisfied with the job he is doing,” Kimmel said. “His priorities are insane. They have no relation to what Americans are worried about.”
Kimmel pointed out that Americans were concerned about issues such as corruption, inflation, housing, climate change, healthcare and democracy while Trump and his inner circle were focused on things like testosterone, windmills, ballrooms, a Black actor playing Helen of Troy and Canada. The topics appeared on a screen behind Kimmel as he read them.
“So, in case the president is wondering why things didn’t go his way tonight, refer to the list,” he said.
