Channing Tatum reprised his role as Gambit for a new Dunkin’ ad.

The 46-year-old actor rocked the character’s sleek combover hairstyle.

“I knew that it was going to be hilarious, just the idea of Gambit anywhere else other than in the actual X-Men world,” he said about the campaign.

Channing Tatum ditched his signature shaved head for an unexpected, nostalgic look.

For a new Dunkin’ campaign, the 46-year-old actor reprised his role as Gambit from Deadpool & Wolverine, complete with the character’s sleek combover hairstyle. Tatum is also set to star as Gambit in Avengers: Doomsday, out on December 18.

Speaking with People about the campaign on November 4, the Magic Mike star said, “I knew that it was going to be hilarious, just the idea of Gambit anywhere else other than in the actual X-Men world.”

Tatum starred in the commercial alongside the robot H.E.R.B.I.E. from Fantastic Four, and he even admitted to flirting with his co-star.

“I definitely flirted with H.E.R.B.I.E. a little bit,” he joked. “I was like, ‘Hey.’ Because Gambit doesn’t care what you are or who you are, he likes to flirt. So I definitely was flirting with a robot.”

The actor also shared a sweet memory involving the brand and his daughter Everly, 13, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Jenna Dewan.

“I crush the hash browns at Dunkin’s,” he said. “Me and my daughter, we had a Dunkin’s right next to her elementary school, and I would go in and get an iced latte and we’d order six hash browns and we would just house them in two blocks on the way to her elementary school.”

Tatum has previously opened up about fatherhood. In a 2021 Bustle interview, he recalled how he prepared to be a girl dad after learning he was having a daughter.

“I remember when I found out I was going to have a girl, I literally went to YouTube and learned how to braid hair,” he said.

Tatum added, “Right when we first started taking [Everly] to preschool and stuff, I’d drop [her] off, and I could always tell who got the kid ready if it was a girl because the hair always looked crazy. And I was just like, ‘Oh yeah, that was a dad. That was a bad morning.’ You know? And I always felt proud that I was like, ‘Ha, I know how to braid hair!'”
