OCONOMOWOC — The community came again to once again celebrate the city’s newest park, the John and Lavinia Rockwell Park, as well as the city’s connection to the local art community during a ceremony Tuesday.

During the gathering, a life-sized sculpture made of bronze called “Harmony” was unveiled. The piece was created by John Hallett, a retired veterinarian, and donated to the city to mark its 150th birthday by the Oconomowoc Festival of the Arts.
