Firefighters battled heavy flames and thick smoke at a structure on a North Shore horse farm on Monday afternoon. Sky5 flew over the scene and saw a large hole in the roof of a red building in the area of 383 Linebrook Road in Ipswich. Firefighters were seen spraying water from hoses on the ground and from an extended ladder. The Massachusetts Fire Marshal’s Office confirmed that investigators will be responding to assist the Ipswich Fire Department with the investigation. Last year, a horse was rescued after falling through the floor of a barn on the same property.
