Contractors have now completed multiple concrete pours for the first level of the St. Regis Residences in Brickell, according to Mickey C&C Concrete Pumping.
The St. Regis Residences tower is planned to rise to a permanent height of 50 stories, or 630 feet above ground and 639 feet above sea level.
It is being designed by by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, in a design that evokes grand ocean liners. A partner at the firm previously called the design of the new tower as “a gift to the Miami skyline.”
