The Manchester community has welcomed a new counseling service to town.
It’s called RISE Counseling and Consulting – and owner and Marriage & Family Therapist Melissa Paulsen says they’re excited to be in Manchester.

RISE is located in the former New To You storefront downtown at 100 North Franklin Street – and Business Operations Manager Brenna Eilers says they renovated the space to fit their needs.

RISE offers mental health counseling to families, couples and individuals. And Paulsen says they’re there to help anyone – regardless of how big or small your situation may be.

The Ambassadors of Delaware County recently helped RISE celebrate their new Manchester location with a ribbon cutting. In addition to Manchester, they also have locations in Anamosa, Cascade, DeWitt, Dyersville, Elkader, Maquoketa and Peosta.
