TUCSON, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – The Arizona Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for Teodoro Sanchez.
According to a press release from the Tucson Police Department (TPD), Sanchez, 79, was reported missing on August 12 after his family said he last spoke with them earlier this month.
TPD says the family found his home empty, and his neighbors and those who knew him “confirmed not seeing him for several days prior to the police report.”
Sanchez is described as white-Hispanic man, five-feet, seven-inches tall, weighing 135, and has brown eyes and graying brown hair.
TPD says, “It is unknown what Mr. Sanchez was last wearing, but he typically wears a dark-colored beanie hat,” and he may have a flip-phone with him “that is likely out of battery.”
Sanchez, according to TPD, “requires daily medication and has indications of a condition causing memory loss and confusion.”
If anyone has any information regarding Sanchez’s whereabouts, call 911.
