MADISON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – On August 31, 2025, at 2:27 a.m., the Pennsylvania State Police Kittanning barracks was dispatched to the 900 block of Deanville Road, in Madison Township, Armstrong County, for a private property crash involving an ATV.
Kittanning-based State Police say the operator of the ATV was identified as Chase Bish, and the passenger of the ATV was identified as 21-year-old Samantha Hetrick, of Brookville.
Hetrick suffered injuries in the crash, which she ultimately succumbed to, according to police.
Armstrong County Coroner Brian K. Myers told exploreJeffersonPA.com that he was called to the scene at 1:37 a.m.
Myers said an autopsy will be performed tomorrow.
