Person of interest in Anderson County bank robbery in custody, deputies say

AUTHORITIES ARE INVESTIGATING A BANK ROBBERY, SO THIS VIEW FROM SKY FOUR SHOWS THE SCENE AFTER DEPUTIES WERE CALLED TO AN ALARM AROUND 115 THIS AFTERNOON AT DOGWOOD STATE BANK ON CLEMSON BOULEVARD. DEPUTIES SAY THE SUSPECT RAN FROM THE SCENE WITH AN UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF MONEY. DEPUTIES RELEASED THIS PHOTO AS THEY WERE LOOKING FOR THE SUSPECT. THEY SAY A PERSON OF INTEREST IS NOW IN CUSTODY. A bank robbery is under investigation Tuesday afternoon in Anderson County, South Carolina. The robbery happened about 1:15 p.m. at Dogwood State Bank along Clemson Boulevard. Authorities say a man went into the bank and got away with cash. At 2:45 p.m, the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said a person of interest is in custody and will be interviewed. They said the potential suspect was found on Clemson Boulevard.
