Justin Bieber announced on Thursday afternoon (September 4) that his new album SWAG II would be released at midnight, but there’s no album on any streaming service right now.
The 31-year-old singer announced the news to fans at around 10am ET and it was a massive surprise for fans.
Just 12 hours before the midnight release time, Justin noted on his Instagram Stories that he was “still making edits” and getting ready to turn in the album.
Well, fans are still waiting around. The album does not appear on Justin‘s iTunes or Spotify pages at publishing time.

It’s unclear if the album is going to be delayed or if it will appear any minute from now. Justin and his team have not yet spoken out to address the delay. As of right now, a tracklist has not yet been revealed either.
UPDATE: At 2:40am ET, Justin gave an update on his Instagram page, saying that the album would drop in “20 minutes.” That would give it a midnight PT release… but he missed that time yet again.
At 3:10am ET, Justin shared a text conversation with music manager David Waltzer, who said the music should be released “any minute.”
Between 3:18am and 3:30am, Justin shared photos of himself standing outside in a blue hoodie. They appear to be security camera footage.
“Me waiting with u, not baiting u not sure wut the f–kkyyy is going on clicking refreshhhhhh,” Justin captioned one photo. He said on another, “🫣🫣🫣🫣 I’m sorry for the wait their [sic] telling me any second.”
