On Sunday, NASCAR raced on the 1.25-mile of WWT Raceway. The race with the second of three races in the opening round of the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs.

St. Louis Race Results: September 7, 2025 (NASCAR Cup Series)

Christopher Bell’s teammates Denny Hamlin and Chase Briscoe finished 1st and 2nd. Bell finished just outside the top 5 but he was not happy with the result.

Bell had an alternate pit strategy to most of the leaders.

The team jumped on the radio, “Checkered flag! P7.”

Another crew member added, “That’s what we needed today. Take the pressure off next week. Good job guys.”

At that point, Christopher Bell lost it, “We just (expletive) ran 7th with the best car on the track!”

“Every (expletive) week it’s the same shit. We’re the last car to the pit road. I’m over it.”

The team responded, “I hear ya buddy.”
