Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner continue to dominate on both the ATP Tour and at the Grand Slam tournaments.
Alcaraz beat Sinner to win the US Open and return to the top of the world rankings for the first time in two years.
The top two ranked players on the ATP Tour continue to dominate, with Alcaraz and Sinner now sharing the last eight major titles.
It has now been predicted how many Grand Slams Alcaraz and Sinner will win before they retire from professional tennis.

After winning the US Open for a second time, Alcaraz has become a six-time Grand Slam champion, while Sinner has four major titles to his name.
Mats Wilander has backed Alcaraz to catch Roger Federer, who won 20 Grand Slam singles titles before he retired.
However, Tennis Hall of Famer journalist Steve Flink does not agree, and instead has predicted both Alcaraz and Sinner to fall short of the big three of Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.
That being said, Flink does believe that Alcaraz and Sinner can overtake the likes of Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi.
“Yeah, no my guess at this point is that they…I’m thinking that they end up around 18 and 16 and 17 and 15,” Flink said on the Court-Side with Beilinson Tennis’ US Open recap show. “I don’t think they’re going to hit the 20.
“That’s my guess right now, [it] takes so many years. That means they have got to stay healthy for so long and what the three men did, the three icons, was just so extraordinary and I think people don’t understand that.
“It’s one thing for Roger to move past Pete with 14, but when you’re now bringing the numbers up to 20, 22, 24, you know how many years that takes even if you’re pocketing two or three a year, some years…It’s two for now, that doesn’t mean somebody doesn’t move into the Djokovic slot and becomes more of a big three. For the time being, it’s definitely a big two.
“But if I had to predict now, I’d say they fall just a little shy, but they’re definitely well up in the teens, both of them. So, that gets to your point about Pete and Andre. Now, they’ll go past Pete, both of them, I think. But, I don’t know if they’ll get to Roger at 20.”
How do Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz compare to ‘the big three’?
Alcaraz is still only 22 years old, while Sinner is slightly older having just turned 24 last month.
With both players still under 25 years old, it is interesting to see how they compare to both ‘the big three’, Sampras and Agassi at the same age.
Djokovic is a 24-time Grand Slam champion, but he actually only won five of those major titles before turning 25 years old.
Alcaraz has already surpassed that, and is closing down on the likes of Sampras, Federer and Nadal, the latter who won nine Grand Slams before turning 25.

Sinner has three Grand Slam tournaments left before he turns 25 years old, while Alcaraz still has nine chances to climb the record charts.
There are now four months to go until the next major tournament, with Alcaraz and Sinner looking to continue their dominance at the Australian Open.
