CHANNELVIEW, Texas – Authorities say deputies shot a man in Channelview after responding to a disturbance at an apartment complex Friday evening.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said it happened at 719 Sheldon Road.
The sheriff’s office says deputies responded to the complex after getting a call about a man breaking windows with a pipe.

The suspect was shot by responding deputies. He was rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition.
No injuries were reported to deputies.
