One person died Friday night after a head-on crash on Route 111.The Windham Fire Department said the crash happened near Fellows Road around 10:20 p.m. Responding crews said they saw one vehicle facing east, while a SUV was facing west. According to officials, one person was trapped in the SUV. She was declared dead at the scene due to the severity of her injuries.The person driving the other vehicle was brought to Parkland Medical Center in Derry with arm, head and chest injuries, Firefighters said his injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
