Killer Kross Drops “One BIG Work” Documentary Trailer, Forms Alliance With The Righteous
Killer Kross (fka WWE star Karrion Kross) has released a trailer for a new documentary titled “One BIG Work,” which addresses the fan discussion that has surrounded his career since his departure from WWE. The trailer, posted to his social media on September 26, 2025, opens with Kross himself addressing the central question on many fans’ minds. “Everybody wants an answer to the one question you know, is this all a big work?” Kross asks. “Is that what you’re asking me, Is this a work? Is this a big, elaborate, intricate work?”. Kross states that fans are “about to get the whole story”.
“It is not down on any map…
True places never are.”
You’re about to get the whole story.

The trailer features footage of Kross on the independent circuit, with commentary from himself and his peers. “It’s be so fucking cool to be punk rock and rock and roll,” Kross says. “Unfortunately, behind closed doors, when it’s time to do punk rock and rock and roll shit, a lot of people just bend the knee”. The trailer also shows an appearance by top AEW star Darby Allin. The new alliance with The Righteous appears to be built on a real-life bond, as Vincent states, “There’s not many people that you can say I have a legitimate friendship with in this business. Kevin’s one of them. So tonight meant a lot”. Scarlett Bordeaux is seen hitting a Canadian Destroyer in one of the clips in the trailer.
Commentary in the trailer also points to the interest Kross is generating on the independent scene. Promoter Kevin Matthews noted the ticket sales for the WrestlePro event, stating, “This is the first time the floor seems sold out this far in advance, let alone in four days”. This interest reflects what Dutch of The Righteous observed in the trailer: “Right now, what Kross is doing is building stories on the independents, which you don’t really see too often anymore”.
This narrative was put into action at WrestlePro’s Killer Smokeshow event on September 21, 2025. In the main event, Kross defeated Richard Holliday in a No Disqualification match. Following the bout, Kross was attacked by The Revolver’s Chamber. During the altercation, Holliday grabbed Scarlett Bordeaux and put her in a headlock, which prompted The Righteous to run in for the save. After clearing the ring, Scarlett delivered a Destroyer to a remaining group member before The Righteous stood face-to-face with Kross and Scarlett. Instead of fighting, the two groups shook hands, solidifying an alliance.
The victory at WrestlePro is the latest in a series of high-profile matches for Kross since his WWE exit. On September 19, 2025, he defeated Calvin Tankman at DEFY’s Super Heavyweight Cup. In August, he competed at WWE SummerSlam against Sami Zayn.
The formation of this alliance is connected to past WWE creative plans. Kross previously revealed that the late Bray Wyatt had plans to include Vincent and Dutch (The Righteous) in a version of the Wyatt Sicks faction in WWE back in 2022. The idea was for Kross, Vincent, and Dutch to form a spinoff group connected to Wyatt’s storylines. “Bray had big plans… Me, Vincent, and Dutch were going to be part of a larger vision he had for the Wyatt Sicks,” Kross has previously stated. “We were ready to go”.
The new alliance and documentary trailer have increased fan discussion about whether Kross’s WWE exit is part of an elaborate storyline. While reports have suggested he is a free agent, the “One BIG Work” title and the trailer’s themes indicate that Kross will address these theories directly. His actions blur the lines between fiction and reality.
By bringing a once-pitched WWE storyline to life on the independent circuit, Kross is developing a new chapter in his career. The alliance with The Righteous, supported by the storytelling promise of his new documentary, has positioned him as a notable figure in professional wrestling.
