The 2026 version of the WM Phoenix Open will debut a new stadium structure at the famous 16th hole — not to mention culinary upgrades and a new club.
Currently under construction, the “100% reusable” structure will enhance walkway space, raise ceilings and create more unobstructed views with glass railings replacing the old barriers.
A new experience, the Pin Hi Club, will debut at TPC Scottsdale’s most well-known hole in 2026 to the left of the green on the ground level, with daily individual tickets available.
“For years, the 16th hole has set the standard for excitement in the golf world. Now with this new structure, the 16th hole will also set the standard for what a premium fan experience is, not just in golf, but in sports,” 2026 tournament chairman Jason Eisenberg said in a press release.
“We’ve opened up the sightlines, raised the ceilings, modernized the interior and added the brand-new Pin Hi Club to take the 16th hole hospitality experience to another level.”
Building of the structure began Sept. 15, and it will cover the same footprint as the older design.
It puts the WM Phoenix Open’s sustainability goals top of mind, according to the organization.
“We are excited that the new 16th hole structure will advance sustainability and elevate the fan experience,” WM Four Corners area vice president David Brannon said in a release.
“We expect the new reusable, modular design to significantly reduce construction materials needed. As a result, we’ll see less metal, wood and scrim needing to be recycled or reused through the tournament’s zero-waste process.”
The 2026 WM Phoenix Open runs from Feb. 2-8.
