UPDATE: Allegheny County police have announced charges in connection with the Robinson Township homicide investigation on Friday.The medical examiner’s office said Rakesh Ehagaban, 50, of Robinson, died at the scene on Steubenville Pike. A woman, who has not been identified, was injured.Police said Stanley West, 38, is charged with homicide, attempted homicide and recklessly endangering another person. Kearns said Pittsburgh police detectives approached the van around 2:30 p.m. He said the suspect stepped out of the van and began shooting at officers who returned fire. The suspect was shot, as well as an officer, who was shot in the leg and is stable. The suspect, who has not been identified, is in critical condition. A warrant will be issued for homicide and aggravated assault for the incident in Robinson. Pennsylvania State Police have been requested to investigate the shooting in East Hills.
