NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The popular music battle series Verzuz is officially returning later this month with a celebration of two of New Orleans’ most iconic hip-hop labels — Cash Money and No Limit.

Organizers announced that the event, billed as “Cash Money VERZUZ No Limit,” will take place Oct. 25 during ComplexCon Las Vegas.
Promoters called it a “celebration” bringing both legendary labels to one stage for what they are describing as a historic moment in Southern hip-hop.

Streaming details for the event have not yet been released, but organizers said they will be announced soon.
Verzuz, co-created by producers Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, rose to prominence during the pandemic by pitting musical heavyweights against each other in live, fan-driven performances.
The upcoming event marks its highly anticipated return.
