A Bath man has been arrested for the murder of his sister-in-law and niece, investigators with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office confirmed late Tuesday evening. According to officials, just after 1 p.m., Bath police responded to 11 Tyler Way for a report of shots fired. Readey has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder, for knowingly causing the death of Kristal Moody and Cindy Moody. Charles “Chuck” Readey, 73, turned himself in, and he was arrested after officials said he was found at the residence with a firearm.
