Two Pennsylvania troopers were hospitalized, and a suspect is dead after a shooting in Franklin County, according to officials. The incident happened on Wednesday after a retail theft turned into a police chase and ended in a deadly shooting. Police said troopers responded to the Dicks Sporting Goods on Lincoln Way East in Guilford Township around 6 p.m. for a retail theft.
