LONDON, Ky. (WKYT) – A rapper was arrested in Laurel County after police say he was seen running across Interstate 75 and dancing on a concrete barrier.
According to an arrest citation from the London Police Department, officers were called to I-75 around 6 p.m. Sunday for a suspicious person complaint.
When officers arrived, they say 31-year-old Enoch Tolbert of Clayton, Del., better known by his stage name Armani White, was running across the southbound lanes of I-75, forcing cars to slow down. Police said he then jumped onto the middle concrete barrier wall and began to dance.
The citation says dispatchers received multiple calls about Tolbert being in the roadway.
When questioned, police said Tolbert told them he had pulled over on I-75 to shoot a video.
