GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -The man accused of breaking into and stealing from Kratom Bar in was in court the morning of October 16th. 27-year-old Trinity Weiberg appeared in court for a review hearing.

During the hearing, another review hearing was scheduled after the defense said they’re working on a mitigation packet.
Weiberg’s next court appearance is scheduled for November 18th at 8:30 a.m.
Weiberg was arrested back in May after a break in was reported to the Grand Junction Police Department (GJPD) at Kratom Bar at 1005 North Avenue. Police also got a call around that same time that an ankle monitor was removed, and a car was stolen off 12th Street.
Weiberg was booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility on the following charges:
Second-Degree Burglary Criminal Mischief Theft
