The Warren County Sheriff’s Office issued an Amber Alert for a 9-year-old girl they say was taken from Lake George.
Melina Galanis Frattolin is of Indian descent with brown hair. She was last seen wearing shorts, a blue and white striped shirt, and white Adidas sneakers.
The girl was seen in a white van on I-87 southbound near Exit 22 in Lake George at 9:40 p.m. Saturday.
Melina was taken under circumstances that lead authorities to believe that she is in imminent danger, according to the alert.
