The men of Finding Mr. Christmas season 2 will do anything to win a role in a 2025 Hallmark Channel holiday movie — including baring their abs, dangling from a crane, and running in what looks like the world’s messiest relay race.

Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive look at the new trailer for season 2, in which 10 handsome hopefuls compete for the chance to be Hallmark Channel’s next Christmas movie star. Hosted by Jonathan Bennett, Finding Mr. Christmas pits the men in a series of holiday-themed physical and acting challenges, testing both their festive spirit and their on-camera skills. As the trailer reveals, the contestants will be acting opposite Hallmark fan favorites including Alison Sweeney, Janel Parrish, and Hunter King — when they’re not racing each other in giant inflatable hamster balls, that is. “The competition is definitely harder in season 2,” Bennett tells EW. “Season 1, we started episode 1 in a flower shop where they were making a wreath. Season 2, we had them skiing downhill with Janelle Parrish while doing a scene.”

Hallmark

In season 1 of Finding Mr. Christmas, the judges crowned Ezra Moreland — a 31-year-old model and former Navy Seal diver — as the winner. He went on to star in Hallmark’s Happy Howlidays opposite Jessica Lowndes. In an interview with EW last December, Moreland admitted that starring in a Hallmark movie was much harder than he anticipated: “As I was going through the first couple of days of filming, I’m thinking to myself, ‘This just as challenging, if not more than, Rescue Swimmer school in the Navy,’ which guys left and right to me were getting kicked out because the stress and the training was so challenging.”

This season’s cast includes several models and actors, a former NFL player, an acting teacher, and a personal trainer. The winner will appear in a yet-to-be-revealed Hallmark holiday movie later this year.

Finding Mr. Christmas season 2 premieres Monday, Oct. 27, on Hallmark Channel.
