Two years after her messy divorce from Kevin Costner, Christine Baumgartner is a newly remarried woman. On Saturday, she wed financier Josh Connor — a friend and former neighbor of her and Costner’s — at the Santa Ynez Ranch, a private vineyard in Santa Barbara, California. The nuptials were attended by over 100 guests, including Baumgartner and Costner’s three children.
After 18 years of marriage, the former model filed for divorce from the actor in May 2023. According to People, Baumgartner has been seeing Connor since “her split from Kevin” — they were first spotted together in Hawaii in July 2023, though she testified in August during the divorce proceedings that she and Connor were just friends, per Us Weekly. The case was settled in September after six months of what sounds like an extremely contentious and drawn-out legal battle.
As for Costner, he’s reportedly at the bottom of the sea, looking for buried treasure and licking his wounds over a recent Hollywood Reporter report that claims he’s “impossible” to work with. Apparently, he’s even trying to shop around a TV series based on his newfound hobby. I sure hope his scavenger hunt goes better for him than this month has so far!
