Motorists are advised to avoid Delilah Road near the Atlantic City International Airport as of 9:15 a.m. Tuesday due to an emergency utility repair.
A traffic light malfunction has closed a portion of Winchester Avenue until at least Wednesday.
The street is closed from Albany Avenue to St. David’s Place, police. The closure could last beyond Wednesday. Drivers should use caution when approaching the closure and find alternative routes.
Westbound traffic only will be permitted along Ohio Avenue between Shore Road and Route 9 from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Friday.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured at Mill Road to Route 30 to Shore Road.
Motorists should follow the posted work zone signs and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route. Traffic directors will be on site to assist.
Shore Road will be closed between Ocean Heights Avenue and Frances Avenue from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting, for utility work by NJ American Water Co.Â
