The 2025 World Series continues with Game 3, and this time, it’s Los Angeles’ turn to host. We’ve gathered everything you need to know about where to watch the Dodgers vs. Blue Jays, including live streaming options for cord-cutters.
The best-of-seven series is tied 1-1, meaning it will extend until at least Game 5, if not longer. The Toronto Blue Jays came out strong in Game 1, crushing the Los Angeles Dodgers 11-4 and setting a competitive tone against the reigning World Series champions. However, the Dodgers fought back in Game 2, resulting in a 5-1 win. The first two games took place in Canada, but the series will return to the US for the next three games. If play extends beyond Game 5, the teams will once again return to Toronto.
The Dodgers are frequent flyers at the World Series, earning two titles in the past five years (2024 and 2020). The franchise has eight World Series championships and 23 total appearances on baseball’s greatest stage (including stats from their time in Brooklyn before moving to LA). The Blue Jays have made the trip to the World Series just twice, in 1992 and 1993, and the team won back-to-back, so they’re currently seeking their first title in over three decades.
Whether you’re rooting for the Blue Jays or Dodgers, we’ll make sure you know how to tune in. Keep reading to learn some of the top ways to stream the entire World Series, including services with free trials.

Game 3 of the Dodgers vs. Blue Jays series will air on FOX, along with the rest of the World Series. If you don’t have cable or a solid antenna, several live TV streaming services can help you instead. Three of the best sports streaming services we’ve tested (which are also FOX-friendly) are DirecTV, Fubo, and Sling TV. Two of them come with a free trial, and they’re all month-to-month, meaning you can cancel any time.
DirecTV has become our go-to recommendation for sports fans across various leagues. The streamer’s MySports pack carries FOX and around 20 other key sports channels, including ESPN, TBS, the NFL Network, FS1, and the MLB Network. MySports also unlocks total access to ESPN Unlimited, which would otherwise cost $30. Subscriptions cost $70 a month, which is significantly cheaper than DirecTV’s Signature plans. New customers can get $10 a month off their first two months of service after a five-day free trial.
DirecTV’s MySports pack carries popular sports channels, from mainstays like ESPN to niche offerings like the ACC Network.
Sling TV is one of the cheaper ways to live stream FOX regularly, but there’s some regional variability for local channels, so you’ll need to make sure you can get the network in your area before signing up. Select channels, like FOX, are available through Sling’s Blue and Select plans. Select is a new, cheap option, which costs anywhere from $20 to $25 a month and carries 10 channels, including FS1, FX, and the NFL Network.
For just the essentials without any extra fluff, Sling TV is the streaming service you’re looking for. It’s more customizable than other plans, with three options you can choose from, so you pay for only what you need. New members often get a chunky discount on their first month.
Fubo is another popular live TV streaming channel package. All of Fubo’s plans (except Fubo Latino) offer FOX. The cheapest option is Fubo Sports + News, which carries around 29 live sports channels. This also unlocks access to ESPN Unlimited. Subscriptions start at $56 a month for Fubo Sports, but new users can get $10 off their first month of service after a five-day free trial.
The new Fubo Sports + News pack is only available in select areas. It combines 20+ major sports channels (including the new ESPN Unlimited) and select local networks (ABC, CBS, and FOX).
How to watch the Dodgers vs. Blue Jays from anywhere
MLB fans traveling abroad don’t need to worry about missing out on one second of the World Series. They can keep up with their usual watch options with the assistance of a VPN, or virtual private network. VPNs are easy-to-use tech tools that let people change their electronic devices’ virtual locations. They’re also great ways to boost cybersecurity, even if you’re just at home. This option will work best for Americans traveling overseas since the services we’ve highlighted require US payment methods.
If you’re not sure where to start when it comes to VPNs, NordVPN is a great option. It’s our top recommendation right now, thanks to its suite of security features, 30-day money-back guarantee, and low price when you sign up for more than a month-to-month plan. You can learn more in our NordVPN review, where we flesh out everything you need to know about the app.
