Chisena is a veteran special teams player who was signed to the practice squad last October, and promoted to the active roster in December, when he caught his first three NFL passes. He’s been in the league since 2020, spending most of his time with the Vikings, along with stints with the Steelers, Cardinals, and Ravens.
Martin was signed in free agency to replace veteran free agent Johnny Hekker, who signed with Tennessee. The former Appalachian State All-American, originally a fifth-round pick, spent the last three seasons with the Bills after stints with the Broncos and Lions.
Veterans will report to training camp Tuesday, and practice begins Wednesday morning.
