Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday slammed President Donald Trump for threatening to withhold food benefits from millions of the poorest Americans despite a court decision ordering him to pay them.
The White House later walked those comments back.
“The president says one thing, the White House says another,” Kimmel said. “It’s like the one hand doesn’t know what the other tiny, bruised, makeup-covered, greasy, genitalia-grabbing, Sharpie-stained, baby hand is doing.”

Trump, who over the weekend held a lavish “Great Gatsby”-themed party at his Mar-a-Lago resort, has said he doesn’t want to pay out Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits ― commonly known as food stamps ― until the government shutdown ends.
Politics: Trump Officials Can’t Decide Whether To Comply With Court Order To Fund SNAP
“Just think about how cruel a person has to be to cut off food to 42 million people,” Kimmel said. “It’s the kind of thing that makes you go, ‘Oh, no wonder his kids are like that.’”
The court order means SNAP recipients will receive half of their usual benefit for November.
