It’s been nearly two years since Disney surprised Star Wars and Marvel fans by bringing The Mandalorian, Loki, and other marquee original series to 4K Blu-ray. The vast majority of Disney+ content remains exclusive to the streaming platform, but all three seasons of The Mandalorian, both seasons of Loki, the complete story arcs of WandaVision and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and more have physical Collector’s Editions with steelbook cases, three art cards, and on-disc bonus features.

The main downside to the Disney+ Star Wars and Marvel lineup cost. The 4K UHD Collector’s Editions sell for as high $86, and the standard Blu-ray versions max out at $76. But if you’re interested in starting or adding to your collection, Amazon has limited-time deals on a handful of Star Wars and Marvel Steelbook Editions. A trio of Star Wars Collector’s Editions have bonus coupons, too: The Mandalorian Season 2, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Andor Season 1.

Three waves of Steelbook Editions have released over the past two years. Each wave includes four 4K Steelbooks, two from each franchise. Standard Blu-ray Steelbooks launched alongside the 4K versions during the first two waves, but Disney only printed 4K UHD editions of the third set last December. We rounded up all 12 Disney+ 4K Blu-ray Collector’s Editions and the eight Blu-ray Collector’s Editions below.

The Mandalorian: The Complete Second Season - Limited Edition Steelbook (4K Blu-ray)The Mandalorian: The Complete Second Season – Limited Edition Steelbook (4K Blu-ray)

As mentioned, multiple Star Wars Collector’s Editions are eligible for additional discounts if you click the coupon box on the store pages. The Mandalorian Season 2 has an extra 30% discount; based on the current $59.84 price, this coupon lowers your total to $41.88 at checkout. The coupon deals on the other two are only for 10%, but these are still good deals. Andor Season 1 drops to $53.58 at checkout, while Obi-Wan Kenobi: The Complete Series falls to $54. To complete your Mandalorian set, you can grab Season 1 for $52.63 and Season 3 for $52.79.

4K Blu-ray Collector’s Editions:

Each 4K Collector’s Edition comes with two UHD discs. For HDR, The Mandalorian Seasons 1-2, Andor, and Obi-Wan Kenobi have HDR10. The newest pair of releases, Season 3 of The Mandalorian and Ahsoka Season 1, have Dolby Vision. All six have Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD 7.1 surround sound. You’ll find several featurettes on each disc. The art cards are packaged inside the steelbook case. As shown above, the steelbooks feature original artwork on the front and back covers and stills from the shows on the inside.

Blu-ray Collector’s Editions:

As you can see below, it doesn’t really make sense to buy the 1080p Blu-ray Steelbooks. Season 2 of The Mandalorian is especially absurd at $76.

Loki: The Complete First Season - Limited Edition Steelbook (4K Blu-ray)Loki: The Complete First Season – Limited Edition Steelbook (4K Blu-ray)

The Marvel side of the Disney+ Steelbook Edition lineup doesn’t have any bonus coupon discounts from Amazon, but three of the 4K Blu-rays are currently cheaper than most of the Star Wars releases. Loki Season 1 and WandaVision are $45 each, and Hawkeye Season 1 is $47.78. You can complete your Loki collection by picking up Season 2 for $53.75. Sadly, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is ridiculously priced.

4K Blu-ray Collector’s Editions:

The 4K Marvel Collector’s Editions mirror the Star Wars releases. The first four support HDR10, while the last two–Loki Season 2 and Hawkeye–have Dolby Vision. All six offer Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD 7.1 surround sound. Each two-disc set includes a few bonus features and has a trio of art cards inside the collectible steelbook case.

Blu-ray Collector’s Editions:

The only 1080p version that’s cheaper than its 4K counterpart is Moon Knight for $51. Remarkably, the Blu-ray edition of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is even more expensive than the 4K option.
