AGAWAM — Women’s health care centers in the Pioneer Valley have either shuttered or consolidated services over the last year. One private practice said it felt it was their “social responsibility” to expand access.

Baystate Ob/Gyn Group, with locations in Springfield, South Hadley and Longmeadow, has opened a fourth site in Agawam. The medical practice provides labor and delivery support, surgery and sexual and reproductive health care to women.
